Custom Lawn Care Program from New Castle Lawn & Landscape
We have exciting news about our Lawn Care program! We have added additional Crabgrass and Nutsedge control. By adding a 2nd treatment of post- emergent crabgrass control in our 2nd visit, we will have much better control of crabgrass and other cool season annuals grasses. A 2nd late summer treatment for Nutsedge control has also been added to the yearly program. This will decrease the amount of this fast-growing sedge grass from popping up in your lawn after each mow.
Our customized program will provide you with a greener, weed-free lawn.

Add-on Treatments
The following are additional services that we may recommend if we find that the condition of your lawn requires it. These services, when called for, can make a substantial difference in the overall health of your lawn and it’s appearance.
Aeration
Let your lawn breathe! We aerate your lawn by removing small plugs from your turf resulting in increased water, air and nutrient intake into the root system of the lawn. This stimulates new root growth, reduces soil compaction and helps move nutrients and water.
Overseeding
Overseeding along with aeration is a great way to improve the density of your turf, fill in dead spots, and establish improved grass varieties.
Lime Application
The presence of dandelions may be an indication of low ph. In our area where the soil generally has a low “pH”, an application of lime will raise the “pH” to more appropriate level for turf grass.
